We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, to manage an enquiry or booking, resolve issues, protect legitimate business interests, or satisfy legal and accounting requirements.

Retention depends on factors such as whether you booked a service, the sensitivity of the data, ongoing communications and required legal periods. When data is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it.
